diagnosing dubya

(via LGF) HILARIOUS article published in an Indian newspaper in which an professional psychiatrist, Carol Wolman, M. D. attempts to diagnose President Bush based on his public speeches, presentations, etc.  The psycho-babble takes on such *incredible* tones and is put forth in such a matter-of-fact way that I occasionally feel it crosses the line.   Instead of simple satire it feels like a serious attempt by the author to use her medical credentials to push forth a professional + political opinion

...Narcissistic personality disorder 301.81

1) has a grandiose sense of self-importance- exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements;

Another part of me asks - "what's the significance of this being carried in an Indian newspaper?"
